About Us

We are all about fitness, friendship, and fun!

At Dance Dayz Studio, located at the heart of La Mesa in Grossmont Center, we’ve been helping La Mesa stay stylish on the dance floor since opening our doors in September of 2018. Our instructors have experience in teaching and performing various styles of the performing arts. We have a passion for children and for helping everyone discover their inner dancer.

Nadia Gewarges

Owner, Head Dance Dreamer

Nadia graduated from SDSU in 2014 with a BS in Liberal Studies to become an elementary school teacher. Although from a young age it was clear that teaching was what Nadia was meant to do, she chose to use those passions and skills for dance. In 2017 Dance Dayz was born! From a mobile dance company organizing school recreation programs throughout San Jose and the Bay Area, to returning home to San Diego, she dreamt of opening a permanent location. Her dream was to provide a studio space for community involving dancers, artists, and their families! Her wish has come true! She gives each of her students personalized attention to fulfill their dance goals by encouraging them to be the best they can be! She specializes in preschool classes including our Princess Ballerinas, tap, jazz, and hip hop.

Trinity Jochens

She teaches Triple Threat, Jazz Funk, and assists in petite combo classes.
